Client: New Owner

Brief: The new owner had put a lot into the renovations of her new house and wanted us to create a useable outdoor area to compliment the beautiful interior work done. We also created a new driveway & parking area for cars.

Features:

• The new driveway was created using a tar foundation and then finished with resin to achieve a modern smooth finish.
• A large paved patio area was created. We used silver granite paving slabs for the patio area & all border flowerbeds were clad with the same silver granite to create a cohesive sleek look.
• We installed treated Larch timber fencing around the property’s borders.
• All newly built walls were clad in Atlantic stone cladding.
• Creation of a sunken seated area to give our client a private outdoor area. Seats were built & clad with silver granite.
• We installed a glass balustrade to act as a barrier & windbreaker without disrupting the view.
• A turn table was installed to make an easy in & out for the owner’s car.
• Original design plan & the choosing of all plants & trees was by Jane Mccorkall Design for us to plant.
